Comprehensive clinical pharmacy services are provided at the UWMC Medical Specialties Clinics. The Medical Specialties Clinic offers specialized care in the areas of allergy, cystic fibrosis, endocrine, hepatology, infectious diseases, neurology, renal, rheumatology, lipid/nutrition, pulmonary, lung transplantation, kidney transplantation, and GI.

Pharmacists in the clinic provide services including management of anticoagulation, smoking cessation counseling, patient education on medications, pulmonary rehabilitation classes, and medication assessments. Pharmacists also provide point-of-care consultations and drug information to care providers.
