The Medication Utilization and Quality Improvement pharmacists leads HMC staff pharmacists and others in program development around optimizing medication utilization and quality improvement activities. On the ambularoy side, this pharmacist coordinates ambulatory pharmacy QI, MUE, and Outcomes programs with all Ambulatory pharmacy and clinic sites and develops and implements procedures and programs related to medication use management.
