Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency: The UW Medicine Department of Pharmacy Services offers a Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency in conjunction with the UW Executive Master of Health Administration (Executive MHA) Degree Program. The UW Pharmacy Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency is a post-graduate program, which provides twenty-six months of training centered on the principles of leadership and administration. The program combines academic studies with pharmacy practice management residency training. The academic component is provided through the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine.

Pharmacy Practice Residencies: The UWMC/HMC Department of Pharmacy Services offers 12-month post-graduate PGY-1 general-practice residencies. While the specific mix of offerings may vary from year to year, each residency provides intense pharmacy practice training. Our goal is to help our residents develop the advanced skills and competencies needed to assume leadership roles within the profession. Flexibility built into our programs allows each resident to tailor a program to fit their individual needs.
