The Revenue Services division's primary function is to maintain and enhance revenue and compliance activities within UWAMC Pharmacy Services. Revenue Services support operations at UWMC, HMC, SCCA and Hall Health and works closely with Finance, Billing, Compliance and Patient Care Services.

Revenue Services ensures routine review and reporting related to revenue cycle management; reviews, analyzes and implements process improvements in operational areas related to compliance and ensures optimization and compliance of revenue capture. Revenue Services works with Finance departments to ensure appropriate pricing and reimbursement of Pharmacy Services; establishes and monitors policies and procedures related to cash management and streamlines systems in partnership with Patient Financial Services. In addition, Revenue Services develops and produces routine reports to ensure close monitoring of revenue cycle; manages system improvement activities when variances occur; works with hospital Compliance Officers to plan routine audit functions and participates in teaching activities for Pharmacy residents and students.
