In order to effectively serve the needs of patients, UW Medicine has many pharmacies based at hospitals and clinics throughout its care network.
Prescription Refills
If you have refills remaining on your prescription, please contact the UW Medicine-affiliated pharmacy that filled your original prescription and have the prescription number on the bottle ready to give. You may also request your prescription refill online here.
Prescription refills can only be processed for patients registered with UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, affiliated UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics, or the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

UWMC Clinic Patients
Prior to your appointment at a UWMC Clinic, please fill out a Patient Medication History Form and bring it with you. If you have questions about your medications, or need assistance, our pharmacists will be happy to help you.
