Residency Program

Introduction

The UWMC/HMC Department of Pharmacy Services offers several ASHP-accredited postgraduate general-practice and specialized-practice residencies. While the specific mix of offerings may vary from year to year, each residency provides twelve months of intense pharmacy practice training. Our goal is to help our residents develop the advanced skills and competencies needed to assume leadership roles within the profession. Flexibility built into our programs allows each resident to tailor a program to fit their individual needs.

2007 Application Information

Application deadline is January 7, 2008.
Application materials must include:
- Application Form (12k pdf file)
- Letter of intent stating goals and interests
- Curriculum Vitae
- Official transcripts of all professional pharmacy education
- Three Letters of Recommendation (16k pdf file) from healthcare professionals who can attest to your practice abilities and aptitudes

Note: Transcripts and Letters of Recommendation should be sent under separate cover to Cindy Wilson, B.S., Pharm.D.

An on-site interview is required.
